How does it work?
You book via this website and pay online. All availabilities are displayed live.
Nach der Buchung erhältst Du eine email mit einem PIN-Code. Mit diesem PIN-Code kannst Du das Kajak oder SUP zum Mietzeitpunkt aus der Station nehmen.
Wenn Du mehrere Kajaks oder SUPs buchst, dann erhältst Du auch mehrere PIN-Codes.
Bitte beachte, dass der PIN-Code jeweils nur während des Mietzeitraums gültig ist.
Which payment options do you offer?
You can choose between

With all payment options, you will immediately receive the pick-up information and PIN codes – the only exception is bank transfer: due to the bank processing times, the information about the pick-up will only come after 1-2 days.
By the way, our multiple usage cards are also a payment option: once purchased, you can easily book hours with the credit on your multiple usage card – and at lower prices too.
How do I return the kayak or SUP?
Before the end of the rental period you have to put the kayak or SUP back. To do this, you can open the box with the same code that you used for pick-up.
Please note that this code is only valid until the end of the rental period. Please be punctual, as otherwise a subsequent tenant may need to wait.
If you are still late in returning, please contact our PaddleBot, an intelligent chatbot that can assist in such cases. Please understand that a late return will incur fees.
DO I HAVE TO SET UP MY KAYAK AND SUP MYSELF?
Yes: the SUP is assembled from 3 parts, the kayak is folded up.
Whether SUP or kayak: it only takes a few minutes to set up, and you will receive video instructions with your booking.
The construction is much easier and faster than the usual inflation.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A BOOKING? I WOULD PREFER TO JUST COME OVER AND START PADDLING.
We work completely without staff. This means that the payment and the deposit are made via the booking process on our website.
Only through our very lean process can we offer such low prices.
In addition, the kayaks or SUPs could be sold out exactly when you want to use them. This cannot happen with a booking.
You don’t have to book days in advance though, you can also spontaneously check availability on our website, pay online and start paddling
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum duration is 2 hours, however we recommend at least 3 hours, to avoid being rushed. It really is beautiful on the water, so give yourself some time to enjoy.
Also keep in mind you will need some time to familiarize yourself with setting the equipment up and handling.
We want to offer a real alternative to your own SUP or kayak – and that also means that you can go on the lake for a long time without it being expensive. For frequent and/or long rentals there are our season tickets, which you can also take friends with you!
If you would like to rent for several days or 1 week, please send us an email to info@clickandpaddle.at. The rental fee for 1 week is 110€ for the kayak.
You can easily transport the kayaks in pretty much any car, so that you can explore completely new waters with a multi-day rental.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY LUGGAGE??
Only you have access to the box during the rental period, so your luggage is safe. However, we do not assume any liability.
CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We want to make it easy for you to change plans.
Can I extend my rent spontaneously?
If your kayak/SUP is still available then: yes! You can easily check availability and book an extension through our PaddleBot (see the icon at the bottom right).
Miscellaneous
Which rental PERIOD DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Click&Paddle is an offer to explore the lakes at your leisure. Check out our timecards/season tickets (e.g. 10 hours block) for even cheaper hourly prices.
We would like you to have time for breaks while paddling, if necessary with a stop or a picnic.
The assembly and dismantling times should also be considered. If you are experienced, you can be on the water within 3 minutes (!), but if you are setting up for the first time, you should plan some time for this.
This means that if you are booking for the first time and also want to take a paddling break in between, we recommend a rental period of 3 hours, or longer for larger tours.
We recommend a rental period of 2 hours for follow-up rentals where it can be estimated in advance that the rental period will be sufficient for the route. And for the first-time tenant who just wants to try out the offer quickly.
DO YOU ALSO PROVIDE LIFE JACKETS?
Yes, we provide life jackets free of charge. However, you should consider these as “swimming aids” and not as “life preservers”, i.e. our offer is not aimed at non-swimmers.
Our life jackets are only suitable for adults. If children are taken along, you must bring your own suitable life jackets.
WHAT SHOULD I TAKE WITH ME?
In the kayak you can store everything that should not get wet in a dry bag, the SUP has 2 waterproof luggage compartments.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE DAMAGES?
Each renter is liable for self-inflicted damage that occurred during his rental period. At the beginning of the rental period, a check must be made to ensure that there are no existing damages, and any damage caused by the previous tenant must be reported at the beginning of the rental period.
ARE THE KAYAKS WATERPROOF?
Yes, the kayaks are folded but are 100% waterproof. There are no openings below the level of entry.
CAN I TAKE KAYAK AND SUP IN THE CAR TO PADDLE SOMEWHERE ELSE?
120cm x 38cm x 28cm
A SUP also fits in most cars, but the back seat usually has to be folded down for this. The dimensions of the SUP are (all 3 parts together):
150cm x 74cm x 60cm

CAN CHILDREN (OR DOGS) COME WITH ME?
Basically yes, because the kayaks are quite spacious and the SUPs also offer a lot of space. We cannot give any information about the minimum age of the child. It is up to the supervisors to decide whether the child is mature enough for the planned kayak or SUP tour. The basic requirement is that the child can swim well. Children should bring their own life jackets or life jackets of the appropriate size.
The maximum payload of 110 kg or 95 kg for the SUP must also be taken into account!
Small dogs fit well in the kayak or on a SUP 
. Like all passengers, however, they must be able to sit still and swim.
